Three Offers, One Deadline: Landing Pages for an Integrative Wellness Practice
Wellbeing & HealthNew Year Wellness Programme Landing Pages
Client: Dr. Rose Goodman, DAOM, L.Ac — Doctor of Acupuncture & Integrative Medicine, Taoist Physician
Project Type: Three custom Squarespace landing pages, built on top of an existing site, with checkout and email marketing setup
Duration: Under a week, ahead of a fixed January early-bird deadline
Dr. Rose Goodman needed to launch three New Year wellness offers with a hard early-bird deadline and no landing infrastructure to support them. I built three dedicated Squarespace landing pages, wired up checkout and email capture, and refined her own brand voice into calmer, more minimal copy.
The Challenge
Dr. Goodman runs an integrative medicine and Taoist-inspired wellness practice, and had three distinct New Year offers ready to launch — a personalised six-week functional medicine reset, a half-day retreat immersion, and a self-guided online programme with an early-bird cutoff. None of them had a dedicated page to send people to. Her existing site held years of content but nothing built to hold three offers side by side and guide a visitor to checkout for the right one. None of them had a dedicated page to send people to yet, and her site needed some groundwork — consolidating domains and contact lists — before the new pages could go live.
Strategic Approach: One Page Per Offer, Then One to Tie Them Together
Rather than force three offers onto a single page, I built a dedicated landing page for each — the six-week reset, the online programme, and a combined New Year page presenting all three together for visitors arriving through broader promotion. Each page carried one clear CTA into checkout, so a visitor from a specific email or social link landed somewhere built entirely around that one decision.

Editing for Restraint
The brief's most interesting constraint wasn't technical — it was tonal. Dr. Goodman drafted her own first-pass copy using a custom-trained ChatGPT built on her brand voice, then asked me to run every version by her before anything went live. My role was structural editing: cutting language like "don't miss out" and "exclusive price," condensing each offer to one paragraph with three or four bullet points, and paring the calls to action down to something plain — "Learn More," "Join the Programme" — rather than anything that pushed.
Checkout, Email, and the Groundwork Underneath
I set up Squarespace's native checkout with Stripe for payment, including an early-bird checkout that functioned as a waitlist ahead of the programme's official start date. On the email side, I connected Flodesk, cleaned and imported her exported contact lists, built a new audience segment, and put together the branded order-confirmation experience new enrollees see after checkout. Before any of the pages could go live, I also handled a cross-account Squarespace site-ownership transfer and set her primary domain, so the new pages could launch without disrupting the site already live at her existing domain.

The Outcome
No specific metrics were tracked or shared for this project. What shipped: three responsive, on-brand landing pages, a working Stripe checkout, a segmented Flodesk list ready for the campaign, and a site and domain structure sorted well ahead of launch.
