These tiles are shrinking from square to vertical rectangular for smaller screens.

Does have gradient over front picture (that can be removed) and text with title.

In the corner is flip the card symbol. It is a standard flip page symbol but we can customise.

Last tile does have LinkedIn clickable button - optional but thought might be nice touch if this is for team.

Now i need to confirm with you ratio, colours, font and anything else that you want customised. How many tiles you will need?
